SplicD’s first fully independent screening, we were so excited to screen the magical Strawberry Mansion (2021) directed by Albert Birney and Kentucker Audley.

Set in the not-too-distant future where dreams are audited for tax purposes, agent James Preble travels to a remote farmhouse to review the dreams of the eccentric, aging artist Arabella “Bella” Isadora. While roaming through Bella’s VHS archive, holding a lifetime of her dreams, Preble stumbles upon a secret that offers him a chance at love and hope for escape.
